Yep, another juice!
I’ve been into making juice lately.
You know what’s great? Purple!
Especially Purple vegetables! Cauliflower, potatoes, beans, tomatoes, carrots, all awesome.
Beets: I wish I liked them. How cool is it that they can dye food red/purple naturally! They just taste like sweet dirt, to me 😦
But fortunately you can hardly taste it at all in this juice!
Kicking Carrot Juice
Aprox. 15 Carrots
1/2 Small/Medium Beet
Small Piece of Ginger Root (More if you want it spicier – I would usually add a little more than pictured)
Peal the lemon, and cut everything into a size that will fit into your juicer, and juice.
If you don’t have a juicer, but you have a (preferably powerful) blender, then you can add the ingredients with some water, blend and then strain out the pulp.
