Lost Garden

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie.

Happy Halloween! Hope you are all having a marvellously spooky day.
This is a healthy and tasty way to start any day, Pumpkin Pie Smoothie!

This makes a single serving in our Magic Bullet (Which is awesome, by the way).

1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree (100% Pumpkin, not Pie Filling)
1/2 Banana (I use frozen for a thicker smoothie)
1/4 Cup Yogourt (I used vanilla Greek yogourt, YUM!)
1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Milk/Water/Milk Substitute/Ect.
Handful of Spinach
1 tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Allspice, Nutmeg, Ginger, Cloves (or some Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix)
Honey to taste (I didn’t use any, but add if you’d like sweeter smoothie)

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend well. Enjoy!
