Fresh juices are a great source of easily absorbed nutrients!

Refreshing Green Juice
2 Apples
1 Long English Cucumber
2 Limes
Peal the limes, and cut everything into a size that will fit into your juicer, and juice.
If you don’t have a juicer, but you have a (preferably powerful) blender, then you can add the ingredients with some water, blend and then strain out the pulp.

I love juicing to start off my day.
